Testing and Inspection of Civic Wagon Heater Control Panel

Heater Control Panel: Service and Repair

1.

Disconnect air mix cable, mode control cable and recirculation cable.

2.

Remove heater control knobs, then the fan switch knob.

3.

Remove illumination panel.

4.

Remove heater control panel attaching screws, then pull panel out of dash. On Hatchback and Sedan models, the fan switch can be serviced
separately. Remove ashtray and heat shield, heater control knob and illumination panel, then the fan switch.
