Starting at the front of the tumbler holder, insert the new tumblers. Alternating from top to bottom, they should be installed in the order they
appear in the Key Code. Verify the coil springs are in place before inserting the tumblers.

Insert the customer's key into the tumbler holder. If properly re-keyed, all tumblers should be flush with the body of the holder. If any stick out,
recheck that tumbler's number against the key code.

8.

When the tumbler holder is correctly re-keyed, assemble the cylinder in reverse order of disassembly.

9.

Using the improved rubber grommet listed under PARTS INFORMATION, install the new cylinder assembly in the car and test its operation.

10.

Lubricate the new lock cylinder by spraying WD-40 into the key opening. Use a nozzle to insure penetration.
