Squeak or Crunch Noise From the Driver's Seat
SYMPTOM
The driver's seat-back makes squeaking or crunching noises when the driver moves in the seat.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The seat frame is rubbing on the seat cushion foam.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Apply wool felt to the seat frame.

REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Remove the driver's seat-back cover. Refer to page 20-61 of the 1997-99 CR-V Service Manual.
2.
Remove the foam cushion from the seat frame.
