Mainshaft: Testing and Inspection
1. Remove the mainshaft bearing from the transmission housing.
2. Assemble the mainshaft parts, but do not install the O-rings.
3. Torque the mainshaft locknut to 29 Nm (22 ft. lbs.). The mainshaft locknut has left-hand threads.
