Parking Brake Cable: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect the parking brake switch connector.
2. Release the parking brake lever, and disconnect the parking brake cable.
3. Remove the parking brake lever assembly.
4. Remove the parking brake shoes.
5. Remove the parking brake cable from the backing plate using a 12 mm offset wrench as shown.
