Hood Latch: Service and Repair

Hood Latch Replacement

NOTE:  Take care not to bend the opener cable. 

Remove the left kick panel Hood Latch Replacement

Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

NOTE:

-

Grease each location of the hood latch as indicated by the arrows.

-

Make sure the opener cable is connected properly.

-

Make sure the hood locks properly.

-

Adjust the hood latch alignment.
