Shift Solenoid: Service and Repair
NOTE: Shift solenoid valves A and 8 must be removed/replaced as an assembly.
1. Remove the shift solenoid valves cover.
2. Remove the mounting bolts, the clamp and the shift solenoid valves A and B.
3. Clean the mounting surface and fluid passages, and install a new shift solenoid valves A and B with the clamp and a new filter/gasket.
4. Install the shift solenoid valves cover.
5. Check the connector for rust, dirt, or oil, and reconnect it securely.
