Air Door Cable: Adjustments
Heater Valve Control Rod

Fig. 18 Heater (water) valve rod adjustment.

1.

Disconnect control rod from air mix control lever, Fig. 18.

2.

Set air mix control arm and control door in fully cold position, then snap rod into clip on control arm.

3.

Operate temperature control lever through full range of travel, ensuring that water valve position corresponds to position of air mix door.
