NOTE: The moisture damage or corrosion can be on any part of the PCB.
Do you see moisture damage or corrosion on any part of the PCB?
Yes - The power window master switch will not be reused. Get a power window master switch kit, and go to step 13.
No - Go to step 11.
11. On the PCB, make sure the poles for the two lighted switches are centered as shown.
12. Insert the PCB into the top half of the switch case, then reassemble the switch case, making sure that all eight clips are secure. Reattach the main
switch button.
13. Using a dry paper towel, remove any oil or dust from the sides of the switch. Do not use water or solvents.
14. Apply a protective skirt to the sides of the switch. NOTE: The skirt prevents moisture from entering the switch by sealing the tab slots in the sides
of the switch case and by surrounding the switch with a moisture barrier.

Starting in the middle of the switch case, attach the skirt by firmly pressing its sealant onto the case.

Continue applying the skirt around the entire case. To firmly attach the skirt sealant, press down on the entire length of it with the flat side of a
flat-tip screwdriver. Make sure there are no gaps between the sealant and the case, especially in the corner areas.
