SYMPTOM
The sliding door alarm beeps when driving on rough roads or going over bumps.
PROBABLE CAUSE
Misaligned junction switch contacts on the door edge and B-pillar, or poor ground connections at G551 or G581.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Realign the junction switches with the special tool, remove the paint from the body at the ground terminals, and install a star washer between each
ground terminal and the body.
