17. Attach a wood block (A) to the lower center of the front sub frame (B). Attach a jack to the center of the wood block and support the front sub
frame securely by raising the jack.
18. With the chain hoist, lift up on the engine to take up the slack when the front sub frame is raised with the jack.
19. Loosen the four 14 mm special bolts (C) on the front sub frame so they are 30 mm (1.18 inch) from the mounting surface (until the stepped part of
each bolt can be seen). Do not loosen the 14 mm special bolts more than necessary.
20. Remove the four 12 mm flange bolts from the front stiffener plates (A).
21. Remove the two 12 mm flange bolts from the rear stiffener plates (A).
