Throttle Cable/Linkage: Adjustments

1. Install and adjust Adjusting Nuts.

Adjust the AP Cable.

-

Tighten the AP Cable Fixing Nut with the Cable stretched (Allow only enough slack so that Throttle Valve the position is not charged).

NOTE:  Tighten the nuts so that the AP Cable goes straight in the stretching direction, without binding.

Confirm that the Lever returns until it reaches the screw of the Stopper, while moving the Cable by hand.

-

Confirm that the AP Cable and the Return Spring do not interfere with each other.
