Wide Open Throttle Switch: Testing and Inspection
WOT Switch Test

PRELIMINARY INSPECTION

1. Check that operation of the Accelerator Pedal and Control Cable is smooth.
2. Check that Valve Stopper returns and makes a firm contact with the Throttle Valve Stopper Screw when the Throttle Valve is released.

NOTE:  The Throttle Valve Stopper Screw is factory set and sealed with paint. Setting of the Screw should not be disturbed unless absolutely
necessary.

WOT SWITCH TEST

1. Disconnect Wide Open Throttle (WOT) Switch Harness at connector.

2. Make a continuity test across the Terminals with the Accelerator Pedal depressed in steps.
