EGR Valve: Service and Repair
Removal / Replacement
1. Remove Air Cleaner Duct Assembly.
2. Disconnect Vacuum Hoses from EGR Valve.
3. Disconnect EGR Pipe.
4. Remove the two Retaining bolts from Valve.
5. Remove EGR Valve and Gasket.
Installation
To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order.
5. Install EGR Valve & new Gasket.
4. Connect Retaining Bolts to Valve.
3. Install EGR Pipe.
2. Reconnect Vacuum Hoses to EGR Valve.
1. Install Air Cleaner Dust Assembly.
