Intake Air Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair

Removal

Preparation: Disconnect Battery Ground Cable.

1. Disconnect Wiring Connector from Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor.
2. Remove IAT Sensor.

Installation

To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order. 

2. Install IAT Sensor. Apply sealer or equivalent to threads only. Tighten the IAT sensor to the specified torque.

Torque: 30 Nm (22 lb.ft)

1. Connect Wiring Connector.
