Inspect the trailer wire harness, and see if it is connected to the accessory socket.

If the trailer harness is wired to the cargo area light, reinstall the jack and the jack compartment cover, and go to step 25.

If the trailer harness is connected to the accessory socket, continue to step 3.

Record the customer's radio station presets.

4.

Disconnect the negative cable from the battery.

5.

Remove the cargo area light lens, then remove the mounting screw.

6.

Pull down the light assembly, and disconnect the electrical connector.

7.

Remove the roof trim.
