1a. Power window switch (If so equipped)

Insert a screwdriver between the arm rest and the bottom of the power window switch.
Remove the power window switch.
2. Escutcheon
3. Door pull case

Remove the screw at the bottom of the case.
4. Bezel
5. Door trim pad
^
Remove the cover, bottom of the trim pad (3 pcs), then remove the screw.
