TWC Fixing Nuts (Exhaust Manifold side) - 67 N.m (49 lb-ft)
TWC Fixing Nuts & Bolts (RH side & Exhaust Silencer side) - 43 N.m (32 lb-ft)

Right Hand Side

REMOVAL 
 
NOTE:

Preparation: Disconnect Battery Ground Cable.

Raise the Vehicle and support with suitable safety stands.

1. Remove the Transfer under cover. Disconnect the two harness brackets.

2. Remove the 3rd crossmember.

3. Remove the front propeller shaft.
4.

4. Disconnect the front Oxygen (O2) sensor harness connector and rear O2 sensor harness connector.
5. Remove the three way catalytic converter fixing nuts at Exhaust Manifold. Remove three way catalytic converter.

INSTALLATION

To install follow the removal steps in the reverse order.

Tighten the fixing bolts to the specified torque.

Torque:

3rd Crossmember - 50 N.m (37 lb-ft)
Transfer Under Cover - 46 N.m (34 lb-ft)
Front Propeller Shaft - 63 N.m (46 lb-ft)
TWC Fixing Nuts (Exhaust Manifold side) - 67 N.m (49 lb-ft)
