Alternator: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation/Replacement
REMOVAL
Preparation:

Battery ground cable
1. Fan belt
^
Loosen lock bolt.
^
Loosen adjust bolt.
2. Wheel and tire assembly, front right
3. Wiring connector
^
Disconnect terminal "B" and connector.
^
From generator, supporting generator assembly by hand.
4. Adjuster
5. Generator fixing bolt
^
Remove the fixing bolt.
6. Generator assembly
^
Take out generator upper side.
INSTALLATION
6. Generator assembly
^
Direct terminal "B" to bottom side and bring generator assembly to the position to be installed.

Connect harness connector and direct terminal "B" to above side.
