Power Steering Pump: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation

REMOVAL 

1. Hose, suction
2. Hose, flexible
3. Adjust bolt
4. Belt
5. Bolt
6. Adjuster
7. Bolt
8. Pump assembly with pulley
9. Pulley

INSTALLATION 

1. Pulley. Torque to 78 Nm (58 ft. lbs.).
2. Pump assembly with pulley.
3. Bolt.
4. Adjuster.
5. Bolt. Torque to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
6. Belt.
7. Adjust bolt. After adjusting drive belt tension, tighten bolt to specified torque. Torque to 41 Nm (30 ft. lbs.).
8. Hose, flexible. Torque to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).
9. Hose, suction. Fill and bleed the system.
