Align the template on the mud flap. Mark the area on the mud flap that needs to be cut away with a pencil or scribe.
5.
Use a utility knife to remove the marked area.
6.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 on the other mud flap.
7.
Reinstall the mud flaps on the vehicle.
