Peel oft the backing from the noise suppression plate, and press the plate (with the adhesive side down) onto the top of the radio/cassette player in
the exact location shown.

NOTE:

Covering the vent holes on top of the radio/cassette player does not affect its performance or durability.

Reposition the instrument panel wire harness, and insulate it from the dash bracket.

Temporarily reinstall the audio unit with its four mounting screws, but don't plug in the 16P connector or the antenna lead yet.

Look at the harness through the opening above the radio/cassette player; it should be near the top but not touching the unit. If needed, push the
