Vibration When Idling

SYMPTOM
Harsh vibration comes from the body, the steering wheel, the seats, or the floor when the transmission is in Drive with the engine idling. The vibration is
worse when the engine is cold. Sometimes, you can hear banging while starting the engine.

PROBABLE CAUSE
The right engine mount cover hits the chassis side of the engine mount.

CORRECTIVE ACTION
Shift the engine assembly slightly forward using REPAIR PROCEDURE A. If the vibration is still there, replace the right engine mount cover using
REPAIR PROCEDURE B.
