Dimmer Switch: Testing and Inspection
ILLUMINATION CONTROLLER
1. Disconnect the controller connector.
2. Connect a circuit tester to the terminal No. 2 and No. 3.
3. Turn the controller knob fully counterclockwise.
4. Measure the resistance between the connector terminals.
Gradually turn the controller knob fully clockwise.
DIODE
There should be continuity in either A or B when a circuit tester is connected with diode terminal.
