Air Door Cable: Adjustments
Heater Valve Cable

1.

Slide temperature control lever to COLD.

2.

Close heater valve fully, Fig. 13, and connect end of heater cable to valve arm, then secure cable to housing with clamp.

Connect other end of heater valve cable to arm on air mix door, Fig. 14.

4.

With temperature control lever at COLD (air mix door closed) and heater valve closed, slide cable housing back from the end enough to take up
any slack in cable, but not enough to make the temperature control elver move. Snap cable housing into clamp.
