Turn ignition switch to START position.

If there is no voltage, check wiring between ignition switch and main relay as well as No. 10 fuse (7.5 amp, Accord), starter fuse (10 amp, 1987
Prelude) or No. 1 fuse (7.5 amp, 1988 Prelude).
11.
Connect jumper wire between black/yellow and yellow (Accord) or yellow/black (Prelude) wires.
12.
Turn ignition switch to On position.
13.
If fuel pump does not operate, check wiring between battery and fuel pump and wiring from fuel pump to ground.
