Remove the glass run channel from around the mirror area.

Apply the adhesive to the door where the end of the front window channel and the mirror gasket meet.

Remove the door speaker and housing. Inspect the speaker. If it's damaged, replace it.

Cut a 10" x 12" section from a piece of plastic (such as a trash bag), to cover the back of the speaker housing. Make a small hole in the plastic for
the speaker wires.
NOTE:
Don't use "recyclable" plastic bags - they will deteriorate.
7.
Place the plastic on the back of the speaker housing and mount the speaker housing to the door panel.
8.
Neatly trim the excess plastic from around the edge of the speaker housing so it will not interfere with the rain protector. Reinstall the speaker.
9.
Reinstall the door panel and the glass run channel.
