Air Conditioning Switch: Description and Operation
A/C Compressor Clutch Relay
The Compressor Clutch Relay, mounted behind the radiator next to the air intake tube, is activated by the ECU to engage the compressor clutch.
When the ECU receives a demand for cooling from the air conditioning system (A/C switch), it delays the compressor from being energized to assure
smooth transition to the A/C mode.
