Fig. 16  Aligning Booster Plate To Rear Housing

10.

Install booster plate on rear housing aligning their tabs and slots, Fig. 16.

11.

Install rubber boots on through bolts being careful not to damage them.

12.

Apply silicone grease to bore of rear housing and to outer surface of valve holder assembly, then install valve holder assembly into rear housing.

13.

Apply silicone grease to bore of valve body, then install reaction plate, reaction disc and output rod.

14.

Install set plate and torque nuts to 4 ft. lbs.

15.

Place booster spring and spring retainer on rear housing, then compress booster spring and install 10 millimeter snap rings on through bolts.

16.

Install washers and seals on through bolts, Fig. 13.

17.

Install front housing and secure with E-clips.

18.

Install booster as described under REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.
