a. After installing cable reel, rotate it clockwise until it stops, then rotate it counterclockwise until yellow gear tooth lines up with mark on cover
and arrow on cable reel label points straight up, Fig. 21.
b. After installation is complete, double check cable reel installation by rotating steering wheel counterclockwise until yellow gear tooth lines up
with slot on cover, Fig. 22.
c. Turn ignition switch on and observe instrument panel SRS indicator light. It should come on for approximately six seconds, then turn off.
