Shift Interlock Solenoid: Service and Repair

1. Remove the center console.
2. Disconnect the shift lock solenoid connector.
3. Pry the shift lock solenoid clamp with a screwdriver, then remove the shift lock solenoid.
4. Install the new shift lock solenoid by aligning the joint of the shift lock solenoid with the tip of the shift lock stop.
5. Secure the shift lock solenoid with the clamp, then connect the shift lock solenoid connector.
