e. Install upper joint bolt and washer, and tighten the upper joint bolt.
12. Center the cable reel by first rotating it clockwise until it stops. Then rotate it counter-clockwise (approximately two and half turns) until the arrow
mark on the label point straight up. Reinstall the steering wheel.
