Clutch Switch: Testing and Inspection

Clutch Pedal Position Switch Test

1. Disconnect the connector from the clutch pedal position switch, then remove the switch.

2. Check the clutch pedal position switch connector terminals for continuity. There should be continuity between the terminals with the button (A)

released, and there should be continuity with the button pressed.

3. If the clutch pedal position switch is faulty, replace it.
4. Install the clutch pedal position switch, and adjust it.
