Clutch Switch: Testing and Inspection

Clutch Interlock Switch Test

1. Disconnect the connector from the clutch interlock switch, then remove the clutch interlock switch.

2. Check the clutch interlock switch connector terminals for continuity. There should be no continuity between the terminals with the button (A)

released, and there should be continuity with the button pressed.

3. If the clutch interlock switch is faulty, replace it.
4. Install the clutch interlock switch, and adjust it.
