Convertible Top Cover Snap Is Broken

SYMPTOM
One or more of the snaps that secure the convertible top cover are broken.
PROBABLE CAUSE
*Mismanufactured male pins can damage the female snap fingers when attaching the convertible top cover to the vehicle.*
CORRECTIVE ACTION
*Replace all of the male pins with updated pins. Inspect the female snaps on the convertible top cover. If necessary, replace the female snaps with new
snaps.
Instruct customers that, when they are attaching the convertible top cover to the vehicle, they should press on both sides of the snap to attach it to the pin.
Do not push or pull the snap button when installing the snap.*
