Remove the two 5 x 40 mm socket head bolts.

Insert a 6 x 30 mm or longer bolt into the middle of the expansion valve, and gently withdraw it.

Apply a light coat of refrigerant oil to the two new 0-rings (8 mm on the right side, and 5/8 inch on the left side), then install them onto the
evaporator fittings.
12.
Install the expansion valve with the socket head bolts. Torque the bolts to 3.2 N.m (2.4 lb-ft).
13.
Apply a light coat of refrigerant oil to the two new 0-rings (8 mm on the right side, and 5/8 inch on the left side), then install them into the
receiver/suction lines. Bolt the lines into the expansion valve, and torque the bolt to 9.8 N.m (7.2 lb-ft).
