Idle Switch Voltage Check
IDLE SWITCH CHECK
After warming up the engine, make sure that the idle switch is ON with the accelerator pedal in the free state.
NOTE: Check to see that the idle switch is on or off by checking the voltage between the wire at the idle switch connector and the ground wire.

When the idle switch is ON : O Volts

When the idle switch is OFF: 12 Volts
