I: Intake camshaft
E: Exhaust camshaft
4. Using sequence shown, tighten the bearing caps to 12-14 Nm (120-140 kg.cm, 9-10 ft. lbs.).
5. Using the camshaft oil seal installer tool No. 09221-21000, or equivalent, press fit the camshaft oil seal.
NOTE:

Be sure to apply engine oil to the external surface of the oil seal.

Insert the oil seal along the camshaft front end and install by driving the installer with a hammer until the oil seal is fully seated.
6. Install the camshaft sprocket then tighten retaining bolt to 80-100 Nm (800-1000 kg.cm, 59-74 ft. lbs.).
7. Align the camshaft sprocket and crankshaft sprocket timing marks. The piston in the No.1 cylinder will then be at the top dead center on the
compression stroke.
8. Install the cylinder head cover, tighten bolts to 8-10 Nm (80-100 kg.cm, 6-7 ft. lbs.).
