Fuel Gauge: Testing and Inspection
Operation Check (In-Vehicle)
FUEL GAUGE AND FUEL SENDER FUEL GAUGE
OPERATION CHECK (IN-VEHICLE)
1. Remove the rear seat cushion and disconnect the fuel sender connector from fuel sender.
2. Ground the harness side connector (terminal 2) via 12 V, 3.4 W bulb.
3. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
4. Check that the test bulb flashes and that the indicator moves gradually to the "F" position.
