Turn Signal Lamp: Description and Operation
Circuit Description
Turn Signal Lamps
With the hazard switch in OFF, and ignition switch in ON or START, battery voltage is applied from fuse 1 to the flasher unit. The solid-state flasher
unit senses the turn switch position through the coil control and alternately applies and removes battery voltage to the turn switch. Voltage is applied to
the left turn or right turn lamps and indicators depending on the turn switch position.
