Some early 1993 MY Owner's Manuals contained a caution concerning the use of gasolines containing over 11% MTBE. This statement is incorrect and
should not have been included in the Owneer's Manual. Use of gasolines containing up to 15% MTBE on 1993 models is allowable and will not void the
vehicle warranty.
THIS APPLIES TO 1993 MODELS ONLY.
NOTE:
Use of gasolines containing MTBE over 11% in vehicles produced prior to the 1993 MY is not recommended. Refer to TSB # 92-30-002 FUEL
RECOMMENDATIONS.
