Recommended Spray Gun Setups:

Application:

Apply two to three medium wet coats until desired appearance is achieved.

Blending:

Tapered or dry 1080 S edges can be melted in with 1080 S that has been further reduced 200% (2:1) with 1075 S URO Clear
Reducer.

Retarder:

Use Retarder 8100 S up to 10% by volume.

Fish Eyes:

Use Additive 259 S up to one ounce per ready-to-spray gallon of URO Clear.

Dry Time
Air dry:

Dust free in approximately 15 minutes. Allow to dry overnight before reassembly and placing outdoors.

Force dry:

Allow 15 minutes flash after final coat, then force dry 30 minutes at 140°F (60° C).

Dry Time to Tape
Air dry:

Allow 24 hours before taping.

Force dry:

After spoiler cools.

Polishing
Air dry:

Allow 24 - 36 hours before polishing.

Force dry:

Wait 12 - 24 hours before polishing.

Cleanup:

Flush gun thoroughly with acrylic lacquer thinner 3602 S.

Re-Repair:

May be re-repaired at any time.
