Install the brake disc and hub assembly to the axle shaft.

Install the axle washer and nut. Then tighten and torque the axle nut to 148-192 lb.ft. and install the cotter pin

Measure the total run out at the outer edge of the disc face. If the total run out exceeds 0.10 mm (0.004 in.), the hub and knuckle assembly should
be checked for proper assembly by following the procedures specified in the Shop Manual.
13.
Attach the caliper carrier to the knuckle assembly.
14.
Install new brake clips, pads and shims.
15.
Install the caliper cylinder assembly.
16.
Torque all bolts and nuts to specifications as shown in the Shop Manual
17.
Install the wheel in the original position and torque lug nuts to 65-80 lb.ft.
18.
Road test vehicle.
