The location of the oxygen sensors are identical for Federal and California specification vehicles.
The upstream (front) oxygen sensor is located in the front exhaust pipe before the catalytic converter. The downstream (rear) oxygen sensor is located in
the center exhaust pipe after the catalytic converter.
