For Condition A: 
Remove antenna cable assembly with support bracket from vehicle and clean all anti-corrosion material off assembly. Clean all anti-corrosion material
off inner fender in the area of the antenna support brackets lower mounting attachment hole. To ensure continual grounding it is recommended that a
small star washer be placed between the inner fender and antenna bracket.

For Condition B:
Replace antenna cable assembly. 

For Condition C:
Replace antenna cable assembly.
