HEEL PAD SEPARATION
Our initial bulletin concerning heel pad separation recommended using an adhesive to re-secure the heel pad to the carpet. Additional durability testing
reveals that the heel pad material may shrink in some atmospheric conditions, causing the pad to separate from the carpeting at the mid sections of the
edges as shown below.
We will continue researching this condition to develop a suitable adhesive; however, until further notice, we recommend that the heel pad be sewn into
place.
