Remove the backing from the clear adhesive on the front of the label and press down over the label.

After completing these procedures, make sure that all fuel and coolant connections are not leaking. Check that all fasteners are tightened to the
proper torque and the choke shim is in position. Remove the fender covers.

NOTICE

The following statement must appear on the customers copy of the Repair Order as proof to the Department, of Motor Vehicles (DMV) that the
campaign has been performed:

"Service Campaign 004 has been completed on this vehicle".

`Warranty Information

This Campaign becomes effective October 9, 1989. Any repairs performed prior to October 9,1989 will not be accepted under this Campaign.

This Campaign covers the following, regardless of the vehicle's age or mileage:
