NOTE
This TSB provides a procedure to diagnose the commands from the TCM and is an alternate procedure to using the A/T Tester.
DESCRIPTION:
If an automatic transaxle with a harsh and/or delayed shift condition is being serviced, check for Diagnostic Trouble Codes in both the "Engine" and
"Automatic Transaxle" menus. If DTC are found, repair according to the appropriate TSB or shop manual. If no DTC are found, go to "Diagnostic
Procedure" below.
DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE:
Attach the Hi-Scan Pro and select the following:
NOTE
Ask an assistant to drive the vehicle as you monitor the Hi-Scan Pro.
