CAMPAIGN 915 - 2001-02 SANTA FE CORRODED AUTOMATIC TRANSAXLE OIL COOLER TUBE
DESCRIPTION:
Some 2001-2002 MY Santa Fe vehicles equipped with automatic transaxles may experience oil cooler tube corrosion if operated in one of the (20) states
listed below, where salt is used to aid in snow removal.
This corrosion may cause an automatic transmission fluid (ATF) leak and if corrosion is severe and allows ATF to leak for an ongoing period, the
automatic transaxle could be damaged.
To correct this condition, inspect the tube as shown in this bulletin. If necessary, replace the tube with the new part.

Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New
