Remove the lower radiator hose tie strap that holds the hose to the radiator fan housing.

NOTE:

This strap needs to be reinstalled or replaced during reassembly.

Reposition the lower radiator hose to allow access to the battery cable clamp bolt (10 mm) by using a pry bar or other means to push the hose
towards the battery shelf.

7.

Remove the bolt (10 mm) and battery cable holding clamp and discard.

NOTE:

The picture shows the battery cable holding clamp and bolt from below the vehicle. During this repair, the work takes place from above. A view of
the clamp and bolt from below is not observable or accessible during the repair but is provided for illustration only.
